ToR published for scoping study: Developing a Concept Note for the Supply of High-Quality Carbon Credits to Dutch Public and Private Clients

The Dutch Spark is seeking a consultant to conduct a scoping study on high-quality carbon credits in the Netherlands.

The study will map quality requirements stemming from EU policy, including 2024 climate target of 90% emissions reductions, and the roles of ICVCM and Article 6. The aim is to benchmark relevant international initiatives and identify Dutch supply and demand stakeholders.

The findings will lay the groundwork for future engagements connecting Dutch buyers and suppliers of carbon credits
