The Dutch Spark is seeking a consultant to conduct a scoping study on high-quality carbon credits in the Netherlands. The study will map quality requirements stemming from EU policy, including the 90% emissions reduction target for 2040 and the roles of ICVCM and Article 6, identify Dutch supply and demand stakeholders, and benchmark relevant international initiatives.

The findings will lay the groundwork for the Dutch Green Diamond, a potential platform/engagements connecting Dutch buyers and suppliers of carbon credits.
